Greenaway and Becker Nominations--Agreement: A unanimous-consent
agreement was reached providing that the orders of February 4, 2010
with respect to the nominations of Joseph A. Greenaway, Jr., of New
Jersey, to be United States Circuit Judge for the Third Circuit, and
Craig Becker, of Illinois, to be a Member of the National Labor
Relations Board, be modified to provide that the orders be delayed to
occur at 2 p.m., on Tuesday, February 9, 2010, under the same
conditions and limitations as provided for under the original order of
February 4, 2010.
