debate, vote on confirmation of the nomination of Joseph A. Greenaway, 
Jr., of New Jersey, to be United States Circuit Judge for the Third 
Circuit, and vote on the motion to invoke cloture on the nomination of 
Craig Becker, of Illinois, to be a Member of the National Labor 
Relations Board at 5 p.m.
