Program for Tuesday: After the transaction of any morning business (not
to extend beyond one hour), Senate will continue consideration of H.R.
3082, Military Construction and Veterans Affairs Appropriations Act,
vote on or in relation to certain amendments, and passage of the bill;
following which, Senate will resume consideration of the nomination of
David F. Hamilton, of Indiana, to be United States Circuit Judge for
the Seventh Circuit, and after a period of debate, vote on the motion
to invoke cloture thereon.
(Senate will recess from 12:30 p.m. until 2:15 p.m. for their
respective party conferences.)
